We want to use 2019 to improve our effectiveness and to prepare ourselves for the growth
dynamics of the years to come. We feel confident that we are perfectly equipped to deal with
the requirements of the market, both now and in the future.

Thanks to our product portfolio from the standard programme of fasteners and our special
programme of fastening and assembly technology we are broadly positioned to successfully
cater for the latest trends in the areas of e-mobility, digitalisation and automation. Our 3,300
employees, who are based at 39 different sites, ensure the quality of our products and services
worldwide and are the vital bedrock of our development.

We hereby give our special thanks to you, dear customers and business partners, and to our
suppliers and employees for everything we have achieved together in 2018. Our warmest
thanks also goes to our managing partners and the advisory council, who assist us with our
work in a relationship of trust and support.
