All master data for items, tools and materials and the production programmes for the injection
moulding machines are subject to centralised management. Maintenance schedules for machinery
and equipment are created, actively monitored and documented.

All key figures relevant to operation are continuously mapped and automatically e-mailed to
selected recipients. A mobile browser version is used to supply Production with this information.
Large screens display the current manufacturing data for all employees, as well as progress
statistics and any malfunctions. Access via a smartphone is also possible from anywhere and at
any time. Plans to link this to other international sites is already underway.
