               LOGISTICS CENTRE IN OELSNITZ/VOGTLAND (GERMANY)

Even if the digitalisation of processes and information is increasingly finding its way into daily life, our goods still need to be moved
from place to place – from the production machine to the customer, whether to the incoming goods department or directly to the
               conveyor belt.

Cutting-edge logistical technology and in-depth expertise are required if goods are to be transported safely and efficiently. In the
complex network of transport service providers it is increasingly necessary to comply with statutory requirements, for example in
the case of air freight. The Böllhoff Group is certified to the applicable standards here.

As the group's biggest individual investment in buildings and equipment, the new logistics centre at Oelsnitz in Saxony represents
a milestone in our company history. What is set to become the largest logistics site of the Böllhoff Group will significantly extend our
logistical capabilities. Equipped with the latest technology such as a fully automatic small parts warehouse, this logistics centre is
perfectly prepared to deal with any challenge involving efficiency or quality for logistics operations.

Over a total area of 16,200 m² it offers space for some 43,000 pallets and over 225,000 mini-load containers. Commissioning is
scheduled for the beginning of 2020.

               LOGISTICS CENTRE NEAR CHAMBÉRY (FRANCE)

Specialising in cold forming, our plant in France is the hub of
                                                            ®
the Böllhoff Group's blind rivet nut technology for the RIVKLE
                        ®
and RIVNUT brands. The powerful production machinery and
the multi-step manufacturing process require the flow of materi-
als to be concentrated in production.

As the space needed here has now been exhausted at the
existing site in Chambéry, logistics operations are being trans-
ferred to the Alpespace industrial estate located just a few miles
away. The construction of a 8,500 m² logistics centre will allow
us to optimise our logistics processes there and orient them to
further growth. Inauguration of the new building is scheduled
               for September 2019.
